Random rebooting
I am a 12 year customer of Phonak. I just bought a new pair of Audeo Lumity 90.
However, after 3 replacements of the Lumity (the fist two finally died), the new one continues to randomly reboot many times during the course of the day. The audiologist in California where I live cannot figure it out, even after speaking to a Phonak tech assistant. It is not a Bluetooth issue because I turned off all the Bluetooth connections in my house and it still randomly reboots. Can you help with a solution for this.
I've done some research on the internet and hundreds of people have the same issue which has been going on for years. Thank you.
