I called and spoke with Brendan, unsure of the spelling on his name. Brendan was patient, understanding and helpful. I was going to complete a phone survey but lost the connection. He was so helpful that I did want to follow through and let him know how much I appreciated my interaction with him.

Short battery life

I purchased a Phonak Remote mic from Costco on September 28th, serial number (21)1935yoofy. This remote has a battery life of 4 hours. Is this normal?, if it is I question the engineering of the unit. However, I have a feeling this unit is not the one sent to Costco in September. I believe this is an older unit they have had on hand for some time. Could you please check the serial number against the Costco, Corona, CA order in late September. Soft mode problems

I purchased Audeo M90-R the sound is great when they are working. My left ear is my best and i continue to have issues with that aid. At first i thought it was shutting down, however I now believe it is going to soft mode and hanging up there. It has been back way too many times and the problem still persists, it has to be a problem in their software but so far no answers. Quit trouble some never had this with my other brand of aids i had for 15 years.

My Phonak Audeo V90 312 T

I have the above obtained from the VA. Having serious problems understand language in small groups eg: family dinner with several people around a table. Also cannot understand anything in church. I understand Rogers products might be of help. I also have a com pilot also from the VA that i use for TV and music. Thanks Pat Davis

Constant issues with hearing aides

Dead L hearing aide, not receiving phone calls through hearing aides with Bluetooth on. Had to send them in do I am without them.

Be careful. Will not update Software and Apps for existing customers

I bought a pair of Audeo B’s two years ago and use the app quite a bit. This hearing aid uses the Compilot II. I updated my IPhone and the app no longer works. Phonak said the app is not compatible with IOS 10 and above. Their response is I am out of luck they are not going to update the app. What a company. No customer support at all. Telling the customer to stick it.

Phonak refuses to replace hearing aid they can not fix.

Why is it taking 4 weeks to get my Marvel 70 repaired. I can not hardly function without this aid (one of two) and Phonak will not simply replace it but insists that I wait for another unknown amount of time until a defective part comes in - whatever that means. Phonak does not care about the difficulties they have created for me. Plus they are under warranty whatever that means - apparently nothing.

Compilot is crap

i'm constantly having to disconnect and reconnect it to my laptop to make it work which is annoying the *** out of me. Unless you are as still as a dead man/woman it keeps intermittently cutting out and going crackley. Phonak please please stop selling flimsy crap at immorally extortionate prices.

Nothing but trouble

Had my hearing aids nearly 3 years and they go wrong about once every 2 months, had one repaired 2 weeks ago and today its stopped working again, ok fixed for free but they don't pay for my petrol going back and forward to the shop. Wish I never had brought them and £1300

Brought my Phonax hearing aids 2 years ago and they have been nothing but trouble, they are in for repair more than they are in my ears, a friend has had her aids, a different make for 5 years witout any trouble, Phonax are crap
