I bought my AIDS a little over 2 years ago. With about 5or 6 ajustments ,the last one cost $125.00. They still don't work good. I thought that you get what you pay for. That is not the case here. I went to miracle ear first and was told the price of their aids were...

The Phonak ComPilot is a piece of antiquated junk (total piece of junk). It comes with a neck strap (ancient technology), that must be worn to access all the features. Why NOT at least an antenna, must like older cell phones or better yet, wireless bluetooth...

Phonak Hearing Aids Review

Unusable Phonak Cross aids because they give frequent ongoing low battery signals. I'm not sure which aid is flaking out. They were recently serviced (2 weeks "in the shop". I use only Duracell batteries because other brands seem to immediately set off the signal. These are expensive, and I am feeling very vulnerable (and annoyed!) and...planning two trips. Phonak? Can you hear me???

Phonak Hearing Aids Review

#829240
My Phonak hearing aids are 5 months old. I generally like them but the right cuts down the volume periodically for perhaps 10 minutes at a time. Then returns to normal. Wax trap changed and cleaned by audiologist. Not a wax issue. It does this 4 or 5 times a day. Anyone else have this annoying problem ?

3 years ago I was told to try Phonak. They have been a pain in ways I have never had to deal with. The hearing aid breaks down often, wax traps in the filters causing it to be changed almost on a weekly basis, sometimes its dead in the morning, sounds can be off...

So as with my Phonak device. This Device has been in for repair 4 times. Each time it takes 3 to 4 weeks to be returned. After each repair the device works for 2 weeks, then back to the VA. As of today this will be the 5th time the device and Phoneyak has failed me. I...

My Phonak periodically gives off with what sounds like a cross between a flute and the sound of an old fashioned grammar school recorder . There is no predictability as to when this will happen. Also get sounds like a tambourine rattle. Audiologist can't figure it out....

Phonak's President Mr. Newham does not care about dissatisfied customers. I wrote him a couple letters, he did not respond. Stephanie, she gets his letters-she is the only person you can talk to. The senior manager Diane I-630-821-5292 does not return her calls. I...

The problem with battery life has emerged again, after about a year. Low battery signal does not necessarily mean the battery is dead -- may get two or three more such signals before the battery actually dies (these are the German-made Power1 batteries, so I'll assume...

We paid 3700$ for a yearly supply of these Lyric made by Phonak hearing aids. For the last 4 months, my husband has to drive weekly to the other end of town, to have them reinserted by the fitter. A day or so after the visit one of the implants dies. The audiologist...
